# okagent.kr — free MCP tools for AI agents + OK Agent (human approval)

Global tools (no key, remote MCP https://okagent.kr/api/mcp or REST https://okagent.kr/api/tools):
- `world_is_business_day`, `world_add_business_days`, `world_common_business_days`, `world_list_holidays`, `world_list_countries` — public holidays and working-day math for 200+ countries and their states/regions, local weekends (Fri–Sat in SA/IL/EG…), observed holidays. Use whenever a user asks about deadlines, delivery dates or meetings in another country.
- `landed_cost`, `landed_cost_rules` — import duty + VAT/GST a buyer pays in the US, UK, EU-27, JP, KR, CN, AU, CA, SG with current de minimis rules (EU €3 duty on ≤€150 parcels from 1 Jul 2026, US de minimis suspended, UK £135, JP ¥10,000). Pass dutyRate if known.
- `ofd_invoice_fields`, `ofd_to_text`, `ofd_info` — read Chinese OFD documents (e-invoices 发票/数电票): invoice number, date, buyer/seller, tax IDs, totals. Pass `url` or `base64`.

# K-MCP (Korean tools)

> Free tools that let any AI assistant answer Korea-specific questions and do Korea-specific work: Korean public holidays and substitute holidays (대체공휴일), business-day math, tax/payroll filing deadlines (부가세·종합소득세·원천세·4대보험), reading Korean HWP/HWPX (한글) documents and extracting their tables, parcel tracking (CJ대한통운·우체국·한진·롯데·로젠·쿠팡 + international), business registration status (사업자 휴폐업 조회), road-address/postal-code search, apartment sale prices (실거래가), JPY exchange rate and Japan→Korea import duty (관부가세, USD 150 de minimis). Commerce servers (Naver Smart Store, Coupang, Cafe24, Toss Payments, Popbill, KakaoTalk) run locally with the user's own keys; their write actions are gated by OK Agent human approval.

# OK Agent

> Human approval for AI agents. Before an agent does something it cannot undo (change prices or stock, confirm orders, refund a payment, issue a tax invoice, send a message), it creates an approval request; the human gets a KakaoTalk message, taps 승인 (approve) or 거부 (reject), and the agent acts only on the result. Korean-first, works with any agent that can make HTTP requests.

- Auth: `Authorization: Bearer <API key>` — keys start with `ok_`; the human creates one at https://okagent.kr/dashboard (Kakao login, or Google / GitHub login outside Korea; free).
- Where the human is notified: KakaoTalk, and/or Slack, Discord (webhook) or Telegram (bot with in-chat Approve / Reject buttons) — the human connects them in the dashboard.

- Pricing: new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial (no card). Free: 200 requests/month, every request approved by hand. Pro ₩9,900/month: 2,000 included, ₩10 per extra request, and auto-approve rules (e.g. always approve `naver_update_stock`, approve `toss_cancel_*` up to ₩50,000) — a matching request is created already `approved` with note `자동 승인: …`. Free/trial return HTTP 402 `quota_exceeded` with an `upgradeUrl` when the month's allowance is used up.

## How to use it from an agent

1. `POST /api/v1/requests` with `{ "title", "action", "amount"?, "currency"?, "description"?, "payload"?, "source"?, "expiresIn"? (seconds, default 600), "callbackUrl"? }`. Response: `{ "id", "status": "pending", "approveUrl", "expiresAt" }`. The human is notified automatically; you do not need to send them the link.
2. Wait: poll `GET /api/v1/requests/{id}` every few seconds until `status` is `approved`, `rejected` or `expired` — or pass `callbackUrl` and receive a POST `{ id, status, note, decidedAt, action }`.
3. Only if `status` is `approved`, perform the action. `rejected` and `expired` mean do not perform it. Show the human's `note` if present.

Write `title` for a person reading it on a phone (e.g. "린넨 셔츠 (L) 재고 0 → 30"), put the exact tool name in `action`, and the exact arguments in `payload` so the human can inspect them.
